• Call information. When you call our line, we may collect your phone number, the date and time of the call, and an audio-derived transcript and summary of the conversation.
• Account information. For the account owner, we store the email address and credentials used to sign in, along with notes, tasks, and assistant conversations they create.
• Technical data. Standard logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use the information above to answer and route calls, generate message summaries for the account owner, operate and secure the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the toll-free number to send unsolicited marketing.

Message & call consent

By calling our toll-free number, you consent to having your call handled, transcribed, and summarized so we can relay your message to the account owner. Callers are informed they are speaking with an automated assistant and may end the call at any time.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service (for example, our telephony and cloud infrastructure providers), and when required by law. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us.
